Privacy
Each agency gets its own dedicated WhatsApp number and its own private Google Sheet that only that agency can access. Leads are never pooled, shared with other agencies, or sold. The data belongs to the agency, and the agency keeps the full record of every conversation and every lead Layla handles, including after the pilot ends.
